A STUDY ON CHARACTERISTICS OF CO-RENOVATION (PART 1)：THE EFFECTIVENESS OF RENOVATION IN DETACHED HOUSE AREA FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HUMAN CONNECTIONS

In this study, "renovation that generates a network of people, things, and events" is called Co-Renovation. The effectiveness Co-Renovation summarized in two ways. first the openness renovation house will activate connection between people connected through renovation. second inspire an awareness community development, what started out as renovation-related connections derive into autonomous regional activities. order to increase Co-Renovation, it important encourage formation spontaneous connections, factors contribute are summarized.
